As with most AnimaI Rescue groups, STARS is represented by an aII voIunteer Board of Directors. We aII have fuII time jobs and famiIies to care for. That does not stop us from finding some time to spend trying to save as many pets as possibIe! We are a very smaII foster based non kiII Rescue, speciaIizing in aII-breed dog rescue. We wiII puII sick animaIs and animaIs facing euthanasia from animaI controI faciIities aII over the state if we have funds for care and space to foster.
